Are your balloons eco-friendly?
We use high-quality biodegradable latex balloons. They are made of natural latex from the rubber tree. They are TMTD-free, with no plasticizers, fillers or cost-reducing agents. The inks that meet legal and health requirements for the use of children's toys.Making our products 100% safe. We also encourage responsible disposal after your event.
How far in advance should I book?
For large-scale events and installations, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For smaller parties or balloon gifts, 1–2 weeks’ notice is usually enough, subject to availability.
Do you offer customised designs?
Yes! We love co-creating with our clients. Share your theme, colours, or ideas with us, and we’ll design a balloon piece tailored just for your celebration.
How long do balloons last?
With proper care, indoor balloons can last several days to weeks. Outdoor balloons are subject to weather conditions, so we recommend shorter display times for the best effect.
Do you provide delivery and setup?
Yes. We offer on-site delivery and installation across Melbourne and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

Once balloons are collected, they become the client’s responsibility. Any replacements will be charged.
How should I store my balloons after pick-up
We recommend removing them from transport bags within 45 minutes and keeping them in a cool, dark place.
What should I avoid to protect my balloons?
Please keep balloons away from heat, direct sunlight, sharp objects, and pets.
How should burst balloons be disposed of?
Burst balloons should be safely discarded to prevent ingestion by small children and animals.
